4285A Precision LCR meter (75 KHz - 30 MHz)

The Agilent 4285A precision LCR meter is an equipment for passive components (Inductors, Capacitors, and Resistors) and material measurement. For demanding RF component tests, the 4285A offers a higher test-frequency range, from 75 kHz to 30 MHz. The external DC voltage bias fixture enables measurement of passive components with DC bias up to 200V.

4263B LCR meter (100 Hz - 100 KHz)

The Agilent 4263B LCR meter is an equipment for passive components (Inductors, Capacitors, and Resistors). The 4263B has five test frequencies that allow us to simulate testing under the correct conditions: 100 Hz, 120 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz, and 100 kHz. The external DC voltage bias fixture enables measurement of passive components with DC bias up to 200V.
